Entering the host correctly?
Enter the host without https:// and make sure you add /owa in 2007 and 2010 or add /exchange in 2003. For example host should look like

2003 - mail.demo.com/exchange
2007 & 2010 - mail.demo.com/owa
Universal - mail.demo.com
